Chatham Municipal Airport

The airport is a vital part of Chatham’s transportation and local economy. I support ongoing efforts to ensure its safe, efficient operation while minimizing noise and environmental impacts for nearby residents. Planning should balance economic benefit with community quality of life.

I am opposed to expanding the airport in any way that is not already required by law. If the Federal laws dictate safety measures for existing circumstances, we must do all we can to avoid potential safety hazards.
